IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
No there is none. However, we suggest a smart casual dress code.
DO YOU OPERATE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?
Yes, we have a 7 day laundry service. This is explained in each bedroom with a laundry card to complete.
IS THERE A GYM?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a gym inside. You can still enjoy a morning jog in the parks nearby.
CAN I ORGANIZE A BALLOON, BANNER, OR SPECIAL MESSAGE TO BE PLACED IN A BEDROOM?
Please contact the hotel directly or email reservations@riadalassalafes.com in order to receive guidance and assistance with organizing special request items.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WOULD LIKE A CAR AND CHAUFFER DURING MY STAY?
We have an agreement with a car company and can make all the necessary arrangements please give us as much notice as possible to provide this service for you.
WHAT MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
The credit cards accepted in our property are: Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Visa Debit.
IF I DRIVE TO THE HOTEL, WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
There are several Car Parks locally, we would advise driving to the nearest Carpark to hotel, next to Oum Elbanin School where your host can meet you. The daily fee for a carpark is 30 MAD for a standard car and you pay the Car Park Keeper Directly
DO YOU HAVE ADAPTERS AND CONVERTERS AVAILABLE?
Yes, we do have standard adapters and converters available for you to use at our concierge desk. We also have transformers. Please do ask at the desk during your stay and you can borrow one of the items. A deposit may be required to ensure that they are returned safely.
DO YOU PROVIDE TEA AND COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES IN THE BEDROOM?
Yes we do. We do offer a tea and coffee tray in all our Suites and Rooms apart from our Single Budget Rooms.
WHERE CAN I BUY MUSEUM’S TICKETS?
We are able to acquire them for you. Please let us know the museum you will be visiting, and we can assist you.
CAN YOU OFFER ADVICE FOR SHOW AND RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS?
Yes, please contact your host directly for advice on our preferred restaurants by cuisine, and for the latest must vie or do activities in Fes or in Morocco.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD FROM OUTSIDE AND EAT IT IN MY ROOM?
No. For health and safety reasons, all our guests are not allowed to bring outside food and drinks to the Riad in general or to their room in particular. Our Riad offers two restaurants. Restaurant La Fontaine and La Vue Panoramic Restaurant and we are delighted to offer our guest a Menu that has both Moroccan dishes and International dishes. If you would like to have more information prior your arrival, please don’t hesitate to request Menu from reservations@riadalassalafes.com.
WHAT IF I AM HUNGRY AT MIDNIGHT?
We offer a light night menu which you can order from.

CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME?
Unfortunately we don’t accommodate pets at the moments.
WHERE CAN I EXCHANGE MY CURRENCY?
Here at Riad Alassala Fes we are able to exchange your currency for you. Our daily exchange amount is the equivalent of 2000 MAD. Should you wish to exchange a large amount, please notify us one day in advance.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST BAR?
The nearest Bar is the New City of Fes. Please ask your host and he will be delighted to direct you.
